Customer Support Agent with German (C1)

Help us to exceed our customers’ expectations again. With your personal commitment you will be responsible for:
• Telephonic advice to our private customers
• The written handling of customer concerns
• Increase customer satisfaction through fast and efficient handling of requests
• The sale of telephony, internet and Entertain TV products

• Commercial training and / or experience in customer support area
• Flexibility in office hours: 5 days - between 9AM and 9 PM o ‘clock and also on the weekend: 2 Saturdays a month (with compensatory off days during the week)
• Customer oriented, sales abilities are a plus
• Friendly and communicative on the phone
• Fluent in German language (spoken and written)
