Requirements

• University degree Business Administration/Finance or comparable
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with financial systems (SAP FI/COPA; useful SD, MM, Ariba) and project management software (., Service Now)
• Good Excel skills
• Min. one year previous experience in Finance/Accounting/Master Data

Job role

Allianz Technology provides various processes, systems and tools across different functions, branches, and subsidiaries.

As Budget Analyst your role is to ensure continuity to the procurement process by ensuring accurate budget distribution, through analysis of budget shift requests against set criteria and processing of the requests, including also Internal Order Creation in SAP. Moreover, by comparing actuals against budget for different projects and cost centers, and commenting on their evolution you will improve steering of financials for project managers and cost center owners located in Germany.

The process of Material Master Data Management consists of analyzing, validating and processing requests for the creation of acquisition and sales materials, managed in a dedicated SharePoint and created in SAP-MM.

Responsibilities

Budget compensation and Internal Order Process

• Processing budget compensation requests according to set rules in SAP
• Assessing need of Internal Order creation and proceeding with set up in SAP
• Analyzing relevant business need documentation for exceptional cases
• Reporting monthly Investment Internal Orders

Budget Analysis and reporting

• Tracking of distributable budget of different projects and cost centers
• Providing budget reports on a monthly basis (Actuals versus Plan) for the management, including comments and analysis
• Providing standardized project reporting focused on business case figures, milestones, deliverables and content of all projects within Allianz Technology
• Providing analysis of costs versus revenues booked on a project, upon ad-hoc request
• Tracking of all cost center expenses
• Planning of headcounts for the cost centers
• Fulfilling reporting needs of different stakeholders

Material Master Data Management

• Maintaining Cost Center Approver Table
• Activity Type Creation in SAP
• Approving Material Master Data request in SharePoint
• Approving Material Master Data creation in SAP
• Weekly Material Master Data workflow status reporting
• Material Master Data Clean Up in SharePoint
• Material Master Data Governance for FiSi Project
