    Cerinte

    • University degree;
    • Minim 6 months working experience in a multinational environment;
    • English – advanced writing skills; advanced Grammar);
    • Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
    • Analytical thinking, attention to details, positive attitude focused on problem solving;
    • Time management & organization skills, able to perform multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrate a high level of energy and personal responsibility for individual and team goals
    • Good team worker, able to build relationships within departments and functions Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex and often changing environment
    • Ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines and commitments
    • Deep loyalty and confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, intuition
    • Determination, punctuality, sense of urgency and prioritization

    Responsabilitati

    • To support marketing team in all internal marketing meetings,workshops, trainings;
    • To conduct all operations of the department relating to filling, archiving, following invoices, POs for all marketers;
    • To organize marketing department meetings - all logistic details (conference package – room rental, meals, coffee breaks, facilities, accommodation, transport);
    • To prepare visa documents, arrange flights and accommodations, follow up on approvals required;
    • To support operations like ordering business cards, photocopying and purchase of stationary etc;
    • To coordinate visitor's logistics and agenda management;
    • User for all internal tools - promotional and educational materials for all RO brands;
    • Activities related to Services Contracts for preferred vendors (contractors’ creation, drafting the contract, follow up for obtaining signatures, follow up on invoices and payments);
    • Communication with Brand Managers and sales team related to the management of promotional and educational materials supply;
    • Responsible for Customs related process (from documentation to storage);
