In Romania, we are present since 2007, currently employing over 500 people in our three offices in Bucharest, Sibiu, Timisoara, and Iasi.
•4+ years of experience from working as a Designer, either in an agency or as a Designer in an international company
•Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects
•Excellent eye for layout and design and used to working in design templates.
•Advanced skills and experience from developing illustrations, infographics, animation and moving images
•Advanced video production and editing skills
•Advanced skills and experience from working with photography/pictures for print and digital formats
•Deep knowledge of social media, their formats, specificities, restrictions and usages
•Basic experience with HTML and CSS development
•Ability to interface well with customers, co-workers and management though excellent interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
•Used to work on many projects and assignments simultaneously
•Communicate effectively, both oral and written, in English.
•Experience from working with and managing supplier/agencies
•Expert knowledge in preparing print material, the print process and specifications.
As a Designer in our firm-wide Creative Services team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) producing the below type of material, all based on set design templates and visual identity guidelines:
•Graphic elements for our website, social media channels, intranet and other digital platforms (photography, banners, illustrations and animations)
•Print and digital/interactive brochures and publications including infographics/illustrations and photography
•Animations and moving images
•Event material (roll-ups, event walls, tables, posters, invitations, give-aways and other branded material)
•Advertisements and banners (print and digital/interactive)
•Annual report design support
•Basic video editing/production
•Photography editing and management
•Design support for market communications (direct mailing templates, pictures, illustrations and functionality)
•Managing local suppliers such as print agencies etc.
•You will be reporting to the Global Brand Manager who manages and delegates all design tasks and assignments continuously with the team
