Project Management Officer - France

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in setting-up and driving a PMO (5 to 8 years)
• Project Management (expert), Earned Value technique
• Office tools: fluent with the Microsoft suite, an expert in excel
• Fluent in English
• Strong international experience, multicultural
• Previous experience in Project management of large and complex Programs/Projects
• Project Portfolio Management expertise
• Good analytic and synthesis skills
• Good presentation and Organization, communication skills (verbal, written and listening), ability to work with all levels of staff and across diverse business areas
• Collaborative and team-building attitude
• Self-starter and customer oriented
• Autonomous
• PMI / Prince 2 certification is a plus

• Implement the Project life cycle for the Vessel Retrofit Program
• Propose/Define and implement a governance model
• Define and implement the Program Master plan and various project planning’s, including milestones and deliverables
• Define and implement the Program/Project KPIs
• Define and implement a risk management methodology
• Define and implement a scope change control management
• Maintain the list of Deliverables
• Provide the Management and stakeholders with the Program/Projects various reports
• Organize and manage the various project/program meetings according to the agreed governance model

• Manage the meeting minutes
• Define and implement an action item follow-up method
• Provide support to Management in controlling the various costs associated to the Program/Project

In this international context, there is a need for an experimented profile in Project Management to fulfil a Project Management Officer position.
The person in charge will work in close collaboration with the management of this important Program.
This is a 12 months mission based in Marseille.
French not needed, English is a must.
