Internship, Sales&Finance Support
 
Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers and request for environmental compliance documentation
• Prepare emails & forms, compile parts-list
• Handle supplier follow-ups, and track progress
• Enter and upload the data in the system
• Creation of reports based on data available in ERP system
• Support in daily reporting routines
• Support in routine, end of the month reporting
• Support the sales and financial team with various ad hoc tasks.

 
Requirements

 

• University Degree or student in accounting, finance or economics;
• Good Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel etc.)
• Good communication skills in English and German(both written and spoken);
• Analytical skills/thinking;
• Accuracy and  attention to detail;
• Well organized;
• Willingness to learn
