    Responsibilities

    • Notifying customers for the beginning of customs clearance process
    • Offering assistance on any related customs clearance paperwork questions or requests
    • Ensuring follow-up of outstanding held for payment shipments
    • Updating of the database with any relevant information
    • Assisting in daily administrative, operational functions of the department.
