Candidate Profile
* Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
* Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL – PL/SQL
* Experience in supporting ERP applications
* Experience working with Oracle/MS SQL System (or large databases) will be a plus;
* Ability to understand business processes and connect them to IT Systems logic
* Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer
* Ability to use simplicity in complex projects
* Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
* High interest in continuous learning and development (new tools, technologies, methodologies)
* Ability to create proof of concepts together with the clients
* Self-motivation to achieve consistently high quality results
* Very good analytical skills and open to ideas and new challenges

Job description
* Create and monitor change request/ business requests for local and corporate applications
* Provide support and ensure user acceptance tests for ERP / checkout systems
* Identify and solve the technical or functional errors (incl. by addressing them to service providers)
* Create a full suite of requirements, business, technical and non-functional together with all stakeholders (business or external service providers)
* Ensure Business – IT alignment across projects
