    Requirements

    What you will need to be successful in this role?
    - Advanced level of the English language, both spoken and written, as most of our customers are based internationally;
    - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
    - Patience and customer service skills to help you successfully respond to our customer’s queries;
    - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
    - Highly organized with the ability to multi task and work independently;
    - Ability to listen and desire to constantly learn and improve;

    Responsibilities

    What you have to do?
    - Support our customers in a professional manner by providing information in response to their queries about products, orders and billing information;
    - Support the company’s billing process by conducting validations and verification of customer payments;
    - Manage the office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, placing orders, stocking items, keeping the stock organized;
    - Looking for new office suppliers as per company needs, negotiate rates and place orders;
    - Coordinate the purchasing of all office equipment with the IT department;
    - Assist in the administration of the on-boarding process for new hires;
    - Plan in-house or off-site activities like company events, celebrations and conferences;
    - Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports;
    - Come up with creative ideas on keeping the department organized and improving our internal processes and procedures;
