    * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, cybernetics, statistics, accounting, and financial administration software);
    * Relevant experience with setting up retail credit risk specific systems or business analysis on credit specific systems;
    * Good skills to assess and process statistical data;
    * Strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate system solutions in a logical manner;
    * Languages:
    English – advanced level (writing and speaking) – required
    Hungarian – an advantage
    * Advanced knowledge of MS Office
    * Advanced knowledge of MS SQL


    * Use and maintain credit application assessment systems (GDS/Qscore/AgentApp) used during the lending activity in the South-Europe Hub;
    * Implement and parameterize the crediting system with any changes approved within the Local Credit committee;
    * Ensure full alignment between the local credit policies (Hungary, Romania) and the scoring and credit systems;
    * Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all the changes related to the crediting systems;
    * Provide analytical support and scenario testing support for the Credit policy team;
    * Analyse processes in order to determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state;
    * Be involved in the writing the functional requirements for the scoring application;
    * Testing credit changes made on the scoring application.
