• University degree in Business Analysis, Business Economics or Finance;
•Minimum 2+ years of Business Analysis, Management Reporting or Finance experience in similar areas;
•Business processes understanding;
•Strong problem solving and analytical skills (deep-dive and high-level summary capability)
•Fluency in English, very good communication skills;
•Strong PC skills, advanced MS Office Excel and Power Point;
•Ethical behaviour, excellent team player;
•Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as team working;
•Ability to work under pressure in order to meet the deadlines.
•Experience on variance analysis, budgeting and reporting activities;
•Experience with Data Blending tools (Alteryx) and Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, ….) will be preferred.
This position will ensure timely and accurate financial & managerial reporting, as well as the analysis of current business performance. The analyst supports the Starches, Sweeteners and Texturizers business (CSST) totaling 2 billion USD revenues.
Management reporting plays key role in financial planning being accountable for data collection, analysis and consolidation. Decision Support analyst to partner effectively with central analyst team in Belgium as well as directly with the business for reporting and data needs. Intensive contact with local accounting teams in 15 locations to obtain and understand data.
Management Reporting & Analysis
•Support the CSST Business & finance leaders by providing financial insight and analysis into the performance of the business
•Prepare consolidated reports related to the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and budget ensuring accuracy and integrity of the information sent and respecting the agreed deadlines
•Accountable for the gathering & reporting global margin and profitability data through Business Objects and preparing management overviews.
o Includes reconciliation with business partners, problem solving, and strong partnership and collaboration with all stakeholders.
o Maintaining the Business Objects consolidation software, responsible for master data and settings
o Subject matter expert building reports from the consolidation tool and the commercial database
•Support the implementation of common processes and harmonization of data;
•Get to a more efficient and harmonized reporting process.
•Deliver results and drive for continuous improvement while holding others accountable.
•You support and actively participate in projects and initiatives.
