    Cerinte

    • Experience in Learning Programs and end to end Training processes of minimum 3 years
    • English skills at a proficient level, you will communicate constantly with the global team and also deliver sessions in English
    • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package (PPT, Excel skills)
    • Advanced diagnosis and design or learning experiences skills
    • Advanced Facilitation, Training and Presentation skills
    • Advanced communication and feedback skill
    • Passionate about people but also able to maintain a good balance between people and results, innovative and solution focused.
    • Basic Coaching Skills

    Responsabilitati

    • You will be responsible of the employees’ end to end development process (from entry level to senior management), designing and delivering learning Experience
    • You will facilitate learning & development experiences through blended techniques (training sessions, workshops, team interventions etc.)
    • Consult, Mentor and Coach the key stakeholders to solve organizational challenges.
    • Create content for training whenever needed, creating training materials and handling the training process from A to Z ( need analysis, training design, logistics, training evaluation, tracking, reporting and measuring the impact).
    • Deliver development sessions already designed and customising the learning experiences depending on the group.
    • You will be involved in the TNA process on a yearly basis and the diagnosis process for interventions.
    • You will closely collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the diagnosis process and to design customised experiences for the employees/teams/management team.
    • You will handle the e-learning platforms and develop engagement strategies.
    • You will be involved in the Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning Processes and other company frameworks that sustain performance growth.
    • You will make sure that employees receive the necessary development to perform their activity and therefore handle the L&D Reporting processes, impact and ROI analysis.
    • You may be involved in organising external training sessions and be the main contact with external suppliers.
