    Our Bucharest office is growing and as a result we are hiring for a Recruiter to help us meet our growth targets. We are looking for someone to be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process including managing business stakeholder relationships, direct sourcing of candidates, identifying and screening candidates, and managing the candidate experience through the entire interview process.

    This is initially a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.


    Experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter would be advantageous but is not essential
    Ability to attract candidates using direct sourcing techniques
    Experience writing Boolean search strings to identify talent
    Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to managing interviews, capturing feedback and keeping passive candidates ‘warm’
    Previous use of an applicant tracking system and HRIS system is desirable
    Possess high level of flexibility and good customer service skills
    Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict timeline
    Demonstrated success with building a passive pool of candidates


    Work closely with hiring managers to identify requirements
    Actively attract candidates through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: internet search, job boards, networking, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, GitHub, StackOverflow), external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs etc.
    Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
    Write and place job postings on various websites. Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings
    Prepare candidates for the interview process and manage the candidate pipeline
    Assist the global effort to limit and/or reduce the usage of agencies
    Candidate vetting through the interview process and closing candidate by managing salary negotiations and offer processing
    Maintaining accurate applicant data and statuses in recruiting system and produce accurate weekly reports of activity and accomplishments for data trending
    Positive, can-do attitude towards accomplishing goals and promote meeting objectives as a team
    Promote company branding within industry through job fairs, networking, and creating marketing materials
