    For our client, a multinational FMCG company, we are looking for a E-commerce Lead.

    Job requirements:

    • Higher education, marketing and e-commerce background is preferred.
    • 5+ years digital experience as e-commerce specialist, Project Manager, Online Business in a multi-channel e-Commerce environment
    • Thorough understanding of standard online metrics and terminology. Knowledge of web analytics tools required, Omniture experience a plus.
    • Micro-level understanding of the online advertising.
    • In depth knowledge of e-commerce specifics.
    • Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Romanian
    • Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.


    Job summary:

    • Participates in the formulation and execution of company strategy related to online customer acquisition.
    • Responsible for digital performance budgets to ensure healthy balance of customer acquisition costs & maximum ROI
    • Work with the local media agencies implement media strategy to ensure quality traffic is driven to company’s own platforms
    • Coordinate timing and approval for financial commitments, challenge and oversee media buying and regular post buy analysis. Cooperation & reporting with Regional/ Global media functions
    • Develop and optimize online media strategy to increase traffic, sales and new Customers & New Reps adoption
    • In charge with developing and implementing the emailing marketing/newsletter strategy, to ensure conversion of potential and registered Customers into orders, according to yearly sales target.
    • Find and manage new tools for company ecommerce platform with positive impact in Customer experience and Company Online Net Sales, increase Rep Recruitment leads
    • Leverage third party tools enhance acquisition efforts and drive efficiency (e-mail marketing, conversion optimization, etc.)
    • Identify and contact new partners in order to bring new sales & leads for business growth
    • Plays critical role in defining business needs, testing requirements and software functionality (where applicable).
    • Ensures process efficiency and effectiveness by building a function based structure capable of serving Cluster market’s needs.
    • Coordinate a team of 3 content specialist to ensure relevant content on company’s own platforms, support for 360 marketing activations and local execution of media campaigns.
    • Cooperates with all business functions on process optimizations.
    • KPIs of the role: cost per customer acquisition, cost per appointment, ROI (based on CLV and RLV).
