Your tasks

• Providing accounting services according to the required performance standards and KPIs;
• Collecting payments on past due bills;
• Informing clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed;
• Ensuring all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses;
• Maintaining the billing system;
• Setting up repayment plans and new terms of sale;
• Recording new commitment to repay debt;
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;
• Producing monthly financial and management reports..

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to deadlines;
• Very good English and Dutch language skills;
• Good knowledge of MS office;
• Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics are a plus (not mandatory).
