Area Sales Manager
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
Set sales targets for individual locations
Monitor and guide sales team to achieve the targets
Develop positive work environment for sales network
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services and products
Analyze the results and create development plan
Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time.
Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.
Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.
Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans
