What will you be doing?

* Technical coaching of team members in order to obtain expected project results;
* You will supervise work protection procedures and proper training to the employees;
* Communication: all type of communication channels, inside the team most of the team, but also outside the team/department/location;
* You will be responsible to acknowledge and follow the customer specific requirements implemented in internal processes;
* Develop technical solutions in your area of responsibility.

Besides being awesome, you need to have:

* Knowledge of: Building & infrastructure maintenance, equipment movement, structures and compartments - applicable for Civil Constructions profile;
* Knowledge of: Medium voltage el. Install (20kv), Low voltage el. Install (0.4kV), generators and UPS distribution systems - applicable for Electrical profile;
* English level: medium- high;
* Customer Specific Requirements.

Continental in Romania In the time frame 1999 - 2017, Continental invested about € 1.4 billion in its Romanian operations. All the corporation's five divisions are represented in Romania.
