Global Allocation Management Specialist_Plant

Do you have communication and negotation skills? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment ? Your daily activity will be:

* Based on the KPIs of the supplier and the global Continental demands, the Global Allocation Management Specialist has to decide regarding the necessity of changing the suppliers production planning or/and production load;
* Represents an escalation point for all Conti Plants affected as a result of raw materials supplier blockage;
* Decision factor in limited supplying between Continental Plants and the commercial units in close cooperation with the supplier;
* Supports the project teams in order to implement alternative suppliers;
* Monitoring the QIP status within the suppliers chain and intensifying the deviations within the affected Plants;
* Assures Continental as number 1 client for its suppliers;
* Assures that every Continental Plant follows strictly the allocation process agreed on a global level.

Continental in Romania In the time frame 1999 - 2017, Continental invested about € 1.4 billion in its Romanian operations. All the corporation's five divisions are represented in Romania.
