HR Talent Sourcing Specialist in Sibiu

What will you be doing?

* Candidate search & selection for all our job openings, using Boolean search, LinkedIn, our own database and other search methods/sources;
* Post job adds on the company's website, other job-portals and social media;
* Conduct phone screenings with the identified candidates;
* Schedule interviews with the fitted candidates;
* Be the interface between candidates, HR Specialist and Hiring Leaders;
* Update candidates data in our e-recruitment system;
* Monitor all recruitment KPI;
* Continuously improve all steps of the recruitment process.

Besides being awesome, you need to have:
