    Requirements

    What your profile should cover:

    Training and qualification
    » University (Degree): Law University
    » Master Degree is considered a plus.

    Technical knowledge
    » Computer literacy. Working with various IT systems.
    » Soft skills/individual competence
    » Languages: English

    Required experience:
    » Min 4 - 7 years on a similar position

    Soft skills/individual competence:
    » Communication and analysis skills, adaptability and flexibility, prioritizing and coordination

    Responsibilities

    » Active support related to the preparation, verification, implementation and maintainace of the corporate policies and guidelines regarding the compliance package, including: Due diligence processes, MCP, ICS process, AML, Antitrust, BPO and Integrity Code, CSL, Export, including updating of the corporate internal guidelines with local legislation.
    » Active support related to the drafting and communication of training materials and offering training for all employees/external business partners regarding the Compliance activities and processes.
    » Active support related to reporting legal and compliance matters (drafting and performing reports) and also to check the translation of the legal and compliance documents (e.g frame contracts, training materials etc.)
    » Preparing and updating the contractual data base, drafting and checking the contracts, as well as any other legal documents related to the company, including offering legal assistance to all the company’s departments, in areas as: civil, commercial, public procurement, labour legislation etc)
    » Drafting addresses, requests, to different authorities, drafting decisions, power of attorneys issued by the company’s shareholders
