    Qualifications, Functional Experience and Knowledge:
    •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical or Materials).
    •Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Should Cost in an industrial environment.
    •Stamping background and proven experience with high level supplier negotiations and materials management.
    •Proficient experience in the use of Microsoft Office Software, with advanced level ability in the use of Excel & PowerPoint.
    •Fluent in English. The knowledge of another language will be an asset.
    •Knowledge of supply market trends and characteristics (., associations, trade publications and indexes, etc.).

    Personal Attributes
    •Availability to travel at least 30% of the time.
    •A flexible self motivated team player who is methodical.
    •Good attention to detail.
    •Good planning and organizational skills

    Responsabilitati

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •Understand and effectively communicate to internal / external stakeholders global business trends & drivers (technological, market dynamics & business footprints)
    •Develop, coordinate and implement Commodity Strategies, Business Plans and Strategic Plan Metrics
    •Set and manage negotiation strategies
    •Manage/drive commodity review of projects for all relevant commodity activities
    •Drive cash flow improvements initiatives
    •Responsible for forecasts and reconciliation according to the Business Plan
    •Develop Supplier Partnerships / Strategic Alliances
    •Coordinate with the legal team to ensure contractual terms and conditions
    •Drive supplier approval process
    •Manage/drive supply base consolidation and rationalization
    •Supply risk management
    •Purchasing participant on Advanced Technology projects related to commodities
