    Responsibilities

    Leading large projects and customer acquisition:

    - Identifying customer requirements, work out technical solutions, select system partners and suppliers
    - System engineering for complex broadcast antenna systems
    - Technical and commercial consultancy to customers and partners
    - Contract negotiations with customers

    Project management:

    - Plan customer projects and manage all aspects of implementation (technological solution, budget, schedule), risk management (project P&L) up to acceptance
    - Responsible for the economic success of the project

    Customer and Account management:

    - Responsible for managing and developing defined accounts (responsible for orders and revenue)
    - Overall responsibility for direct business with strategic customers
    - Strategic and tactical customer plan, customer pricing strategy
    - Representation at trade shows and specialized events team leadership, coaching and enabling for team, customer and markets organization, control external partners
