    Requirements

    - 2+ years’ experience in office management / administration role
    - Multi-tasking. Ability to perform well under pressure
    - Ability to work well under low supervision
    - Excellent English communication skills
    - Excellent service-oriented approach
    - Previous experience with working with state immigration authorities is a plus
    - Valid driving license – MUST

    Responsibilities

    - Daily support for all foreign employees with various needs and requirements
    - Ensure professional on-boarding of foreign employees from administration perspective
    - Help, support and backup office assistants with various tasks and activities. Perform all general administration and offices tasks and activities as per need
