We want someone with:
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s , preferably on Pharmacy / Chemist background)
At least 10 years line marketing / regulatory experience, supplemented by related experience in Pharmacy sales management.
Excellent command in spoken and written English
Strong records in Pharmacy management and sales experience
Strong track record in leadership, working within cross-functional teams, influencing and communications skills
Strong track record of delivering results and meeting and exceeding business goals
Strong records on Pharma regulatory affairs and capability to launch new OTCs
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth in Pharma channel
As a Pharma Account Handler in our Pharma & Personal Health Care Sales, you will have opportunity to work on industry with leading Billion Dollar brands such as Vicks, Clearblue, Pampers, Oral B, Always and Gillette on a fast evolving channel with top National Distributors and major Pharmacy Chains. Our brands and especially our Personal Health Care brands play a meaningful role in improving our consumers’ lives and your role as an Pharma Account Handler is critical in helping our brands to reach the consumers by improving the firsts moment of truth in Pharmacy channel. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including 3rd party Distributors, Finance, Product Supply, Research & Development, regulatory and 3rd party Agencies) to secure the growth and development for our brand's success.
Pharma & Personal Health Care industry is an exciting and fast-paced market where we are heavily focused on bringing new innovations to market to compete with the biggest & the smallest brands that are continually entering the category. We are looking to bring experienced Pharma Managers who are passionate about Sales & personal health, thrive in a test and learn mentality and who are also able to navigate the complexities of a regulated industry. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to lead, execute in full excellence, take smart risks and innovate.
In this role, you will be accountable with below responsibilities:
To achieve company objective for Pharmacy channel Romania & Moldova
To develop effective distribution and visibility based on company strategy
To lead and manage the achievement of the sales, detailing out and merchandising objectives within the assigned region in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs
To ensure internal and external network development for P&G OTC business (Key influencers, Pharmacists, doctors, Academics)
To Identify, collaborate and monitor the progress of our 3rd party external agencies (detailing, regulatory, merchandising, distributors)
To launch successfully OTC, FMCG and medical device products and secure a trade relationship for P&G Pharma
