Executive assistant role offering support to GM and HR & PAC Manager
Role portfolio would require you to:
- Assist the GM in daily activities, having various administrative tasks
- Handle all incoming & outgoing correspondence of the Country General Manager
- Keeps the GM’s agenda, set up meeting, phone and conference calls
- Coordinate all Country GM activities and calendar
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (Function, Group and Regional Managers)
- Prepare presentations for different forums and monthly reports
- Organize and coordinate corporate events and trips and meetings
- Prepare expense reports and monitors the balance
- Handle multitasking very well, being able to prioritize accordingly
Successful Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across different leadership layers and functions
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Advanced abilities of using MS Office suite
