    Executive assistant role offering support to GM and HR & PAC Manager

    Role portfolio would require you to:

    • Assist the GM in daily activities, having various administrative tasks
    • Handle all incoming & outgoing correspondence of the Country General Manager
    • Keeps the GM’s agenda, set up meeting, phone and conference calls
    • Coordinate all Country GM activities and calendar
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders (Function, Group and Regional Managers)
    • Prepare presentations for different forums and monthly reports
    • Organize and coordinate corporate events and trips and meetings
    • Prepare expense reports and monitors the balance
    • Handle multitasking very well, being able to prioritize accordingly

    Successful Profile:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills
    • Strong collaboration skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively across different leadership layers and functions
    • University degree
    • Fluency in English
    • Advanced abilities of using MS Office suite
