• Experience in IT field, in sales of business development
• Good knowledge of IT resellers and IT portfolio (especially in hardware / printing / networking area); good partnership skills in dealing with the resellers' network
• Self driver, energetic, with drive to go towards clients, push the commercial activity, develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
• Intrapreneurial attitude
• Availability for delegations in a nearby cities is required
* English language (at least average level)
• Handle customer accounts and develop strategic relationship
• Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major accounts
• Develop and implement key account plans
• Generate, track and report sales proposals and leads. Follow up on projects and close deals.
• Interact very closely and on a daily basis with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell company’s line of products
• Identify target markets, develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies
• Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
• Develop a monthly action plan for targeting new resellers and new segments
• Prepare and submit relevant reports to the direct manager
• Implement activities defined in quarterly plans with the help of central personnel
• Understand and implement the promotions
• Implement a communication including weekly email shots, price list, product announcement, promotions, etc.
The role will act independently in Moldova area, direct management is in Bucharest.
