Experience in Shopper Activation, Brand Instore Execution, Sales Animation, Trade Marketing
Strong knowledge about merchandising, category, clients, products
Communication and negotiation skills
Adaptive and fast reaction in new situation
Curious, pro-active, creative and, in the same time, organized and able to interpret and work with figure
PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access is a plus
Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Contribute to the shopper understanding in cooperation with S&I, to better understand shopper insights, shopping mission, path to purchase and trends
Lead and manage related campaigns from idea to implementation (own shopper activation brief, agency and field implementation and track execution; contribute to building of rele-vant customer in-store activation plan, provide key selling tools: selling sheets, listing presen-tations, samples, pictures etc.)
Manage dedicated FMOT brand budget and contribute to efficient spending
