    Job Description

    1.       Coordination of Training and Development processes

    a.       Coordinates learning and development strategies for CljP

    b.       Monitors the structure of learning and development programs according to the internal politics.

    c.       Responsible of sharing the global Bosch procedures in CljP.

    d.       Coordinates internal trainers activity.

    e.       Implements development, training and evaluation procedures for Bosch associates.

    f.        Monitors induction process for new employees and/or training procedures for promoted/transferred associates.

    g.       Offers consulting for managers of CljP departments.

    h.       Decides, together with HR manager, training providers.

    i.         Monitors the implementation of learning and development activities in order to maintain the budget.

    j.         Identifies and proposes development programs according to all associates needs.

    k.       Maintains the connection with all HRL3 associates from other Bosch locations in order to exchange the training procedures.

    l.         Instructs associates regarding to training and development processes.

    m.       Coordinates the continuous improvement of training and development processes.


    2.       Coordination of learning and development team (HRL3)

    a.       Leads and verifies all subordinates, establishes tasks and priorities in execution of these tasks.

    b.       Sets performance objectives for training team.

    c.       Evaluates annualy all subordinated associates.

    d.       Elaborates individual plans of development for subordinated.
