    In support of all regions, the Analyst Successfactors Employee Central will consult with business leaders and managers to identify position management needs, collaborate effectively with HRO data resources and be responsible for audits of position management changes to ensure accuracy and validity.

    As an Analyst Successfactors Employee Central you will:

    • Capture business requirements for Leave of absence, picklist management, Business rules, Workflows and create functional specification & design document by converting functional requirements to technical specification.

    • Capture business requirements for Employee Central related business needs and go through the approval process for CCB process.

    • Configure hands on and delivers the solution that meets business needs.

    • Lead User acceptance Testing & functional Unit testing/integration testing with IT

    • Test the solution through Test plan, Test strategy and positive and negative tests.

    • Execute complex or sensitive reporting

    • Administer HR systems security requirements provisioning and audit

    • Approve sensitive reporting and data requests from Outsourced vendor

    • Consult with business leaders and managers to identify system enhancement needs

    • Create and Update tools, templates and training materials

    • Implement any changes in rules, policies or practices in the HR Systems and other related knowledge management content


    • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field

    • Experience with Success Factors and Employee Central, SAP HR, Workday or other HR admin systems

    • Must be detail conscious and have strong analytical skills

    • Strong customer service skills

    • English proficiency


    • Master Degree or Equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field

    • Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company

    • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment

    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup
