    Requirements

    Bachelor degree in electronics or microelectronics with proven experience in programming.
    Good knowledge of IC characterization and testing methodology, ATE test platforms and current test equipment.
    Capable of developing and generating a test program from the device specification and being able to debug the device.
    Good expertise in C, C ++, Perl and Microsoft Office development.
    Practical knowledge of CMOS devices and DRAM and SRAM memories, as well as experience in hardware design, such as IC design.
    Specific experience with the Teradyne Magnum memory tester or the popular Advantest SmartScale 93000 tester.
    French and English fluent (English - working language).
    Minimum 2 years experience

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for silicon testing to validate IP products using advanced process technologies.
    Your activity will include the following responsibilities:
    Define the IC test specifications, to develop and implement a test methodology.
    Convert test models of VCDs and other formats to the ATE target tester format. Generation of ATE test programs for functional testing, characterization and debugging.
    Collect the characterization data from the ATE tester, and then use the available scripts and tools to extract and analyze the relevant data for reporting.
    Collaborate with IP design, IC test design, and product engineering teams to debug failures.
    Use laboratory equipment, including a high-speed oscilloscope and a plotter, to perform bench tests, if necessary.
    Specify and work with suppliers to build new test equipment when needed.
