RETENTION AGENT IN FOREX-CFD INDUSTRY

• Excellent knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is a must
• Any other foreign language will be a BIG advantage
• Experience in the trading industry/capital markets (background in forex/CFD etc is a plus)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• High negotiation skills
• Hard-working and positive
• Passion for the financial market in general and trading industry in particular (internal drive and pleasure of being up to date with all the news in the field)
• Ability to offer consultancy on financial events and their impact in the trading industry
• Motivated by performance based commissions.

• Developing successful business cooperation with international clients in order to maintain their interest and satisfaction in the company’s products.
• Being able to handle a large portfolio of clients and opening them/keeping them active in the market.
• Creating the best short and medium term strategies in order to maximize profit
• Making efforts to identify and anticipate the client needs and beyond current service relationship.
• Being continuously up to date with the financial market and the events happening in order to insure the best transfer of information to the clients.
• Manage the relationship with the client through CRM and all available communication channels.
• Close collaboration with the other operational departments inside the company, in order to insure the implementation of internal procedures and rules, as well as of the local and international regulations.
