Mandatory Skills
Be willing to participate in technology migration project (70%+ of functionality is expected to remain with some potential functional changes to new code) 
Have experience with Pascal (or be willing to learn it to the extend sufficient for migration work) 
At least 3 solid years of C++ experience 
Solid daemons, multithreading, regex and POSIX 
 

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Be familiar with scripting languages such as Python and Perl 
Knowledge of simulator/trading systems is preferred 
Experience in high frequency trading is a plus

Responsibilities:
Development of applications in financial area, with main challenge related to high frequency messages
Scrum will be used as a key SDLC methodology.
