Qualifications

• Good communication and documentation skills;
• Customer relationship experience, troubleshooting/error handling experience;
• Independent, responsible working style;
• Willingness to take responsibility;
• Analytical/logical thinking; 
• Solution oriented thinking;
• Accounting background with SAP knowledge is a plus;
• General understanding of accounting processes.

Job Description

• Use and keep Accounting Center of Excellence standards for entities worldwide;
• Support FI accounting topics like for e.g. interfaces,  approvals, table maintenance and project related support;
• Provide support for master data topics (BCA);
• Troubleshoot errors, answer questions and handling tickets via Service Management Tool related to SAP-FI topics;
• Maintain and promote Bosch Connect Community;
• Consulting in FI processes;
• Participate in conference calls with support team members all over the world in order to find solutions and improve current process;
• Delegate critical problems to CF/ACE specialists.
