    The Bucharest Office is one of AG’s IT Centers that offers support for the Corporation Teams in the Data warehouse, System Engineering, QA Automation Engineering, Web & Mobile Development arias.

    Requirements

    We are looking for a competent Tech Support to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

    Responsibilities

    - Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
    - Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
    - Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleague
    - Solves tickets in our ticketing system, ServiceNow
    - Assigns unique identifiers and keeps track of our assets
    - Creates minutes for every equipment given in custody
    - Manages our inventory and keeps it up to date
    - Manages our access control system
    - Physically installs and maintains our network infrastructure
    - Acquires office equipment and supplies
    - Is responsible for the optimal functionality of the office equipment
    - Installs corporate images on new hardware
