    Responsabilitati

    • Asigura, fiabilizeaza si amelioreaza aprovizionarea sectorului de care raspunde, respectand valoarea stocurilor fixe
    • Stabileste programul si pune in aplicare procedurile specifice cu furnizorii si fabricatia, tinand seama de imperativele de calitate
    • Organizeaza repartitia
    • Analiza si sinteza, orientare catre client, organizare si planificare a activitatilor,
    • Introducere piese in baza de date
    • Contactare furnizori
    • Realizare comenzi
    • Urmarire traseul pieselor
    • Organizeaza livrarile zilnice la furnizorii clientului
    • Planifica incarcarea
    • Monitorizeaza, coordoneaza si modifica eventualele erori in planul de transport
    • Negociaza cu partile implicate realizarea planului de transport (uzina, furnizor si alti parteneri interni)
    • Urmarirea stocurilor si a procesului de aprovizionare a noilor proiecte dezvoltate
    • Planificarea si realizarea aprovizionarii
    • Intocmirea de rapoarte si analize conform activitatii
