    • Good verbal and written communication in English. German is a plus.
    • Analytical and organizational skills (missing deadlines might have costs impact to the company)
    • Very good MO Excel knowledge (macros is a plus, manage complex spreadsheets)
    • Show confidence
    • Result oriented and committed to deliver
    • Previous experience in Compensation area is a plus


    • Coordinate the Target Letter specific process for Germany, which implies project management and close collaboration with local German teams and other teams
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication of the Target Letter to the German Sales employees
    • Offer support to the Compensation Planning team with various and critical data reporting at EMEA level
