REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Hungarian language proficiency; English intermediate level is also a must, advanced level can be an advantage
- Customer oriented person, excellent communication skills (active listening), quick learner
- Proactive and a great team player

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Your role will be to offer customer service by providing information about orders and client’s accounts.
- You will provide solutions to client’s issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience and create brand engagement.
- You will be able to get involved in creating new processes and you will have the chance to be part of a new project from the beginning and in continuous developement
