    For our team in Timisoara we are searching for a Requirements Engineer working in the area of hardware and system. The products which we are addressing are both Electronic Control Units for Internal combustion engines and new electrification projects - e-Chargers for electrical vehicles. Main responsibilities:

    * Capture and analyze customer and legal requirements
    * Coordination and detailing of the customer requirements with the vehicle manufacturer as well as with the project team
    * Structuring the requirements for the areas of system, software, hardware and mechanics
    * Support for creating the system architecture for customer projects
    * Support in functional safety (FSM)
    * Support in the creation of requirements and documentation in the FSM process
    * Support for cost estimation and creation of offers in the project
    * Support for reviews of the test specification
    * Tool-based project documentation management
    * Support in the preparation and execution of internal and external SPICE audits
    * Edit change requests as part of change management
    * Edit internal and external tickets (initial analysis, transfer to project manager and software project manager) A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

    * University degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Technology
    * Experience in system and requirements engineering
    * Functional leadership experience
    * Good technical know-how in the field of automotive / embedded / hardware / software development of complex systems
    * Knowledge of the requirement engineering process according to SPICE, CMMI
    * Experience with the requirements engineering tools IMS / MKS Integrity
    * Very good communication ability
    * Very good command of English Language
    * Competent approach to customers and business partners
    * Team worker
