    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, Business/ Psychology or any related field.
    • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and evaluating various learning and development initiatives and programs; experience in the creation of talent and leadership development curriculum.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of effective learning and development methods and tools and distance/blended learning techniques including needs assessment.
    • Proven expertise in the development and design of training materials, training delivery, platform skills, and follow-up assessment techniques.
    • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, listening and presentation skills including the ability to effectively present and discuss information and answer questions from employees from all levels within the company.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
    • Experience in project management and budgeting.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
    • Ability to build rapport with all levels inside and outside the company (employees, stakeholders, vendors, member firms, etc).

    Responsibilities

    • Create, develop and execute the implementation of learning strategies, plans and programs
    • Conducts Needs Assessments by evaluating the individual and organizational development and learning needs, working with key Talent representatives, Business stakeholders and L&D SPOCs to understand requirements
    • Creates the L&D curricula to be executed for addressing the above mentioned needs based on learning objectives identified
    • Designs and delivers: courses, curricula, L&D individual and team plans, workshops and any other activities related to L&D area
    • Facilitates training/courses/programs delivery within the practice and/or manages full cycle implementation of a broad range of L&D programs and topics
    • Develops programs for Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) and coaches managers on the use of such resources for the employees
    • Assesses and analyze the feedback for courses/curricula and permanently adapt the L&D offer to the actual employees and company needs, in order to help both of them make the most of learning opportunities
    • Helps managers develop their team members' career path
    • Monitors budgets and relationships with vendors and/or L&D representatives within the company at various levels
    • Acts as a hands-on coordinator for the process of assigning, tracking and reporting at various levels of any L&D-related activities within the company.
