Your Skills and Knowledge:
o Excellent written and verbal skills
o Ability to change gears and adapt to changing requests from business
o Strong organizational skills
o Is comfortable working in fast paced and sometimes stressful environments
o Ability to deal with ambiguity and can take initiative
o Comfortable with speaking their mind and sharing opinions to improve business and processes
o Salesforce (SFDC) experience preferred
o Fluent English is mandatory.
o Partner with Renewal Sales Reps to assist in complex quoting situations, customer product remixes and requests
o Act as liaison between the renewals organization and other business units to ensure completion of orders.
o Manage technical support and business development lead queues to ensure the appropriate action is taken
o Work with Finance to rectify potential bookings issues and route customer requests to the appropriate organization or sales representative
o You will be part of a 3 person team reporting to the Renewal Sales Process & Specialist Manager. This is a new and evolving role giving the individual ability to develop and expand their impact.
o PTC is in a major growth period and as such the Renewals Organization is undertaking many important changes to keep pace with the evolving business. As a result, the level of support needed has grown and the Renewal Specialist will play an important role in supporting the team.
o The Renewal Specialist will partner with the Renewal Sales team to improve velocity, bridge gaps in process and strive to improve the overall experience for the sales team and PTC customers.
