    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze the data quality within the contracting tool and follow up with the assigned Contract Manager to update the respective contract information in the tool;
    • Collect and analyze specific contract related information and ensure the data quality of this collection (. which material number is contracted with what customer in which contract to which price?);
    • Prepare regular contract related reports and maintain the data base for the respective reports (such as: overview contractual landscape, framework overviews with customers);
    • Maintain the self-presentation of the contracting department within the intranet.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    • German speaking is an advantage;
    • HTML would be a plus, alternative knowing how to find the respective information;
    • Ability to manage a website on a basic level;
    • Ability to work with Excel (incl. small macros) and databases, SharePoint;
    • Technical understanding to learn to work in Web-based tools;
    • Basic understanding of contract management work.
    • Proactively identify data quality gaps and start the clean up process.

    • Actively take over the responsibility for the right data quality;
