FACILITY ENGINEER

Technical bachelor degree;
Previous similar experience- at least 2 years;
English language- intermediate level.

Responsible with building maintenance;
Responsible with equipment maintenance;
Responsible with cleaning facilities and green area maintenance;
Responsible for fire detection and fire-fighting system;
Carries out the activities necessary to obtain and closing a building construction permit;
Makes sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements;
Responsible for managing office systems, which may include IT and office equipment;
Responsible for advising on energy efficiency;
Responsible for managing services such as cleaning, waste disposal, catering and parking;
Responsible for managing budgets, keeping records of payments;
Responsible for managing refurbishment, renovations and office moves;
Responsible for negotiating the best deals with contractors and suppliers;
Responsible for managing security.
