    Qualifications

    • University degree (preferred studies in financial and accounting field)
    • General knowledge of financial processes with focus on intercompany activities
    • Fluent in spoken and written English 
    • General knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
    • Good  knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Good ability to communicate and to work in a team
    • Careful and structured person
    • Detail and problem solving oriented
    • Ability to work with big volumes of data
    • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
    • Decision-making skills
    • Ability to take responsibility and to drive changes
    • Proactive and positive attitude

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Understand the overall structure of Bosch as worldwide organization
    • Understand the overall process of intercompany accounting (recharge process, intercompany reconciliation, netting)
    • Understand the single activities of the associates
    • Responsible for in time and quality delivery of services within the team
    • Coordinating daily activities
    • Responsible for change management process
    • Enhances the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement topics
    • Collects and shares best practices
    • Ensure smooth integration of new rollout in the concept or a new topic
    • Preparing and presenting specific reports, in accordance with management instructions (KPI)
    • Provide support in training new comers
    • First level escalation point
    • Providing an escalation point for complex queries
    • Main contact person in case of audits
    • Approves and insures the annual review and update of work procedures
    • Identifies the training needs and development opportunities for the associates
    • Takes part in recruiting process by defining the Job descriptions and associates profile
    • Responsible with homeoffice and vacation approval
    • Responsible for planning and follow up on work scheduling, working hours
    • Responsible with the associate’s evaluation
    • Any other tasks required by the superior managers
