    o Knowledge of the Computer Aided Design industry

    o Professional and a planner in both thinking and directed activities
    o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively
    o Fluent in English and French (Italian will be a plus)


    o Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscription
    o Be the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC Western European Region
    o Provide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing)
    o Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription conversion opportunities
    o Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close.
    o Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customers
    o The Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customers
    o Help Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversions
    o Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversions sales process
    o Work with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunities

    Your Team:

    o As a Subscription Conversion Sales Specialist, you will be the subscription conversion program owner for the Western European Regional (WER) and be part of the WER Sales team.

    Your Impact:

    o You will work closely with the WER selling team to ensure the smooth and timely transition of current PTC support customers to subscription.
