Senior HR Reporting Analyst

Your Mission:

Centralizes the data needed for reporting purposes and prepares monthly reports (KPIs, internal reports requested by SSCs, external reports within or outside the Group).

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Provides the necessary data for the monthly / ad-hoc reports requested by the management;
• Centralize the data required for reporting and prepare monthly reports (KPIs, internal reports requested by SSCs, external reports within the Group or outside);
• Prepare ad hoc reports requested by SSCs and / or EBS Management or by the Group HR team;
• Request changes in managed IT systems or within EBS in order to obtain the data needed to prepare reports;
• Analyze and propose updates or new features of the IT application to improve reporting performance;
• Participates actively in IT optimization projects by offering solutions for improving reports and data extraction.

A little about You:

• Bachelor’s degree: economic / technical/ statistics;
• Solid experience in reporting or controlling;
• Knowledge of English - advanced level
• Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (Advanced Excel, Access, Power Point);
• Solid knowledge of statistics/ data analysis;
