You will be providing cloud operations to live production and test systems, providing mission critical assistance to Fortune 1000 companies from around the World.

There are opportunities to learn in the following areas: Databases (Tier 1 DB’s such as IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL Server etc), SQL, Networking, Web servers, Operating Systems (including Windows, UNIX, Linux), industry standard troubleshooting tools and techniques, leadership, and effective communication. The challenge will be to meet customer expectations with a high degree of satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team which will be responsible for your customer’s success.

Student of an IT/Computer Science, Technology or Mathematics degree and ideally in their last year studies
Knowledge in server or system administration (Windows/Linux)
Ability to troubleshoot and identify/document root cause analysis
Understanding of backup technologies and solutions
Excellent communication skills
Passion for client success
Superior attention to details
Excellent time management and prioritization
Proficient at multi-tasking and proactive in work responsibilities
Be fluent in English
