- Assisting with the preparation of all logistic details for the events: invitation, CVs for speakers, presentations and folders for the participants;
- Support with the logistic details: arrangement of the conference room, equipment, catering, promotional material etc;
- Keeping track of the attendees list and making all necessary changes, according to information received;
- Collecting and analyzing data from the feedback forms;
- Review all documents/presentations in accordance with EY brand rules;
- Conduct market research about competition, offered services and new trends;
- Regularly review EY website to address any flow issues, broken links, dated content, etc;
- Regular updates of all EY Resource (Discover, EY Global, Tax news updates, etc);
- Extract and analyze data from external tools and internal sources.
