Role description

The CSI Sector Development team drives the overall sector approach for the top customers of DPDHL. The research and analysis of latest market and industry developments is an essential foundation for the sector strategy and customer engagement. Qualitative trends and quantitative forecasts are to be prepared for various internal & external publications (e.g. sector strategy, market reports, white papers, social media blogs etc.)

Main activities

• Preparation of quantitative market reports for various industry sub-sectors and research and qualita

• Conduct / update research/market intelligence for Global Industry Sectors (Technology / Life Science)

• Plan, prepare and distribute regular curriculum of market sector reports and present conclusions in

• Develop / enhance market intelligence platform / tools, including social media

• Analyst support for account / sector driven Business Development activities (focus customer projects)

• DHL Customer Events / Community building / active participation at annual global Sector Conferences

• Logistics Support
