Your mission:

Within the Société Générale group, you will join Global Technology Services team. As a DLP Product Owner you will be the Privileged point of contact regarding Société Générale DLP tool and processes to ensure that sensitive data is not lost, misused, or accessed by unauthorized users handling security incidents that may occur at SG Group level.

In the position of Information Security Product Owner, you will be tasked with the overall management of the DLP, Business engagement and functional operations throughout the entire implementation process of a new Data Loss Prevention solution.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• DLP platform management:
  • Profile/user management;
  • Referential management (DGM execution);
  • Policy management (update DLP policies);
  • Tooling update (Buttons, notifications…);
  • VP (validated practice) configuration and follow up.
• DLP referent in participating in :
  • DLP group committee & internal meetings;
  • Operational committee for projects;
  • Communication with BU/SU.
• User support:
  • Support to DLP champions that have a validating role on the alerts platform (privacy, technical questions, dedicated training, incident analysis…);
  • Team L1 steering and functional assistance;
  • IGAD (Audit team) interface;
  • As process owner: DLP workflow update (which types of alerts, who manages them and how, documentation…)

A little about you:

• A strong background with Information Security; an experience on DLP Symantec solution would be a plus;

• Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats;
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills;
• 2-5 years experience in a similar role (SOC, IT engineering, DLP consulting);
• Good to have CompTIA Security+, Network+ CSA+/CySA+, CCNA, CEH, Understanding of ISO 27001;
• Fluent in French and English is a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner/Manager with Information Security will be a plus;
• Ability to assess risk, identify vulnerabilities and an eagerness to suggest new processes, policies and overall improvements to current internal security controls;
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills;
• Ability to articulate technical matters to a non-technical user.
