Destination Executive &Tour Guide

Key responsibilities:

• Deals with requests for assistants and guides for Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova;
• Creates new products and itineraries for Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova;
• Keeps constant communication with Sales Offices in order to increase the business on the destination Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova;
• Checks all itineraries for Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova according to the procedure;
• Offers guiding services to groups during their tour in Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova;
• Maintains a constant communication with Customer Care departments regarding all changes that occur on the road;
• Takes decisions on the spot to make sure the itinerary is followed;
• Provides optimum conditions to the tourists in order to avoid any issues during the road;
• Maintains constant communication with relevant departments about new products that can increase the business for Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova;
• Offers support to European Data Support department by checking the itineraries raised in the internal system for Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova;

• Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarization and knowledge of map reading, routing, and itinerary planning;
• Very good ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Problem solving skills;
• Advanced English level;
• Chinese or Japanese language is a plus;
• Guide license is a plus;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
